If I need a revision, can I reach out and ask?

Yes, you can! You are eligible for free revisions for up to 3 months (90 days) after your project is completed.

All you need to do is submit your revision request at https://ask4tea.com/revision. Please note that a revision is defined as an edit to existing content.

We'll also dedicate time to answer your questions. To ensure we can stay on task and provide a smooth experience, we ask that only the main point of contact for the account attend the call.

This onboarding call is a one-time offer per account. If you forget to book it right away, don't worry—we'll send a reminder with an invite link as we wrap up your project.

I don't have a brand name or logo yet.

We can definitely assist you with that. While our team can help with brainstorming, please note that there will be an extra cost for any custom logo creation. The platform you'll be using also offers tools to help you register a new domain name once you've decided on a brand name. Our team can guide you through the entire process, from selecting a name and niche to creating a strong brand identity and a high-quality logo.
